This system is based on users' asset status and trading behavior within the platform, generating a quantifiable activity score used to measure users' eligibility for participating in ecological rights. Alpha Points will become a key credential for users to participate in Token Generation Events (TGE), new coin airdrops, ecological rewards, and other core activities, marking Gate Alpha's official entry into a new era of ecosystem governance driven by points.

##Definition and Core Functions of Alpha Points Alpha Points is a comprehensive index reflecting user activity, dynamically generated based on user behavior data on the Gate platform and the Alpha section. Its calculation period is the most recent 15 days, and the total points value is the cumulative sum of points generated for each calendar day. The main uses of points include:

• Participate in the TGE Token subscription launched by Gate Alpha;
• Receive high-quality new coin airdrop rewards;
• Unlock exclusive qualifications or priority quotas in ecological activities;
• In some activities, the ranking basis is used to determine the order of reward distribution.

##Specific Calculation Method for Points

• Balance Points The platform will calculate corresponding points daily based on the qualified assets held by users in centralized exchanges (including Alpha sub-accounts), converted to USD according to market value. Qualified assets include all tokens that have been launched on the Gate spot market; unlisted coins and non-Alpha block assets are not included in the statistics. Every day at 07:59:59 (UTC+8), the system will take a snapshot of positions and generate points.
• Trading Volume Points Alpha sector trading will become an important way to earn rewards, especially through buying operations: For the first purchase amount of at least 2 USDT per day, you can earn 1 point; For each doubling of the investment amount (4, 8, 16 USDT…), you will receive an additional 1 point.
• Special bonus items The platform will also periodically launch activities such as designated token trading bonus points and time-limited tasks. For example, purchasing a certain token will earn double points, and completing trading tasks will reward point packages, with specifics subject to each announcement.

##Snapshot and Update Time Mechanism

• The daily snapshot time is 07:59:59 (UTC+8), covering balances and transaction data;
• The system will complete the points update before 14:00 on the same day (UTC+8) and display the accumulated points for the past 15 days.
• Time point explanation: If you complete the purchase before April 23 at 07:59:59, the transaction will be counted towards the points for April 22; if after 08:00:00, it will be counted for the period of April 23.

##How to check Alpha rewards? Currently, only Gate App version 7.14.0 and above supports viewing points and receiving Airdrop. The viewing method is as follows:

• Open Gate App → Sidebar → Click on [Alpha Points];
• Click on [Alpha rewards] in the upper right corner of the order interface.
• Enter "Alpha rewards" in the homepage search bar and go to the results page. The points details include balance points, transaction volume points, and activity bonus points, making it easy for users to track the sources of their scores in real time.

##How to Claim Airdrop Rewards? Users can consume a certain amount of Alpha points to exchange for Airdrop rights. Each round of Airdrop activity must be actively claimed within the specified time; if not claimed, it will be regarded as a forfeiture of eligibility. After successfully claiming, the Airdrop will be distributed to the Alpha account within 1 hour. The platform will continue to launch more point redemption gameplay, including NFTs, governance rights, special badges, etc., to enhance the fun and incentive value of user participation.
